The Channel Country green and gold maze of Diamantina River – Maiawali Country – captured from above. The Diamantina flows 900km from QLD to Lake Eyre in SA. A remarkable 130km circular section upstream is thought to be the result of an asteroid strike some 300 million years ago. More recently, one of its billabongs set the scene for Australia’s unofficial anthem, ‘Waltzing Matilda’, written by Banjo Paterson in 1895.

Thank you ever so much for my beautiful silk scarf. I selected the red scarf as I always wear a lot of black as the colour just lifts and sets any outfit. Personally I love the length of the scarf as a great hider for that second chin that we get as we age. So many have commented on the colours, softness and the amazing way that the scarf falls.
